Hey All
I didn't see any Power 90 excel spreadsheets anywhere on the site so I made my own. These can be printed out to track your progress through the 90 day program. It has a tab for both phase 1-2 and 3-4 sweat and sculpt as well as a progress tracker and schedule.
Just thought I would share them here in case anyone was interested.
Check the tabs on the bottom of the excel sheet to switch to the workout you are doing....print them out and fill em in as you progress through the program. It is helping me to push myself harder when I can see in writing how many pushups, dips etc. I did in the previous workout and try to outdo it.
