Jeffrey Armbruster Won $1,000 in April 2009
The most physical activity Jeffrey Armbruster had been getting was chasing his two children around or an occasional walk with his wife on a beautiful day. Jeffrey had let himself go, and he thought he had the perfect excuse.
It took six surgeries in Jeffrey's abdominal area to finally alleviate his medical condition. Then he grew lazy. A vacation at the beach with family and friends opened his eyes to just how unhealthy he had become.
Jeffrey knew he had to do something about the way he looked and how he felt. While trolling through a social Web site, he reconnected with a childhood friend. That friend, Beachbody® Coach Jason Diebold, turned Jeffrey on to Tony Horton's Power 90® and P90X®.
Before he knew, it the first 45 days were done, and he was down about 10 pounds. He was eating clean, taking the vitamin supplements and protein shakes, and Pushing Play every day. "Before I knew it, I was in phase 2 of Power 90 and found myself getting more excited because the pounds were falling off like crazy and my endurance level was at the highest it had been since high school."
At first, Jeffrey worried that all the core work in both programs might affect his stomach area, but with the help of Jason, the Beachbody community, and Tony Horton's programs, he kept Pushing Play.
Jeffery has now dropped 24 percent of his body fat, is in the best shape of his life, and won $1,000 as an April winner in the Million Dollar Body Game®. Inspired by his Coach, Jeffery has now become a Beachbody Coach too and hopes to guide others on their body-transformation journey.
