Today - Yes today (why wait) I start another chapter in my life called P90X2!! And today I start calling myself an athlete. I never thought of myself as athlete.

I was clumsy as child; and sports - HA! No a little track and field action and that was the extent of it. I used to watch others partake in games from the side lines. Well TODAY that ALL changes. I have a new mind set and with that mind

I am a busy mom, like many others. I started exercising at a minimum to look "okay" in a bikini before my trip to Orlando - where the beach was a MUST. After seeing the progress of my sister-in-law's workouts and mindful eating habits; I decided I wanted that too.

I came home with a new internal drive and haven't stopped. I do cardio workouts 3 times a week; started and graduated from RevAbs in August. I have worked out to the Ten Minute trainer. My daughter and I are now working out at least 3 times a week to Hip-Hop Abs.

We have also added a bike/jog (her on her bike and me jogging) to our exercise program. We plan on running a 5K in December - weather permitting.

We eat mindful; and absolutely read every label of the food we purchase. I am even teaching her how to do the same.

Since the beginning of my fitness journey I have lost 25 pounds and 22+ inches of fat from my body.

Now I am very excited to help others with their goals as well.

This new Fit-N-Me lifestyle is AWESOME and I can say I love it; and I love how my body looks now!
