Pretty exciting journey for me, but the biggest highlight was getting to film a dvd with the amazing Brett Hoebel, Season 11 Biggest Loser trainer for his upcoming additional RevAbs dvds. His energy is infectious and like Brett I am committed to helping others reach their fitness goals. So, lets work together and continue to make fitness apart of our lives.

My transformation story began when I made the decision to move out to California from the east coast in January of this year. I began planning in late 2010. At this point I was working two jobs, weekdays and weekends, to make sure I had enough money to make the move, which meant little time for the gym. I did try to make it to the gym when I could, getting off of one job at 10pm, often leaving the gym at midnight and getting up again at 6am to be ready for the other job and do it all over again.
Beyond my work schedule, the gym I went to was a student gym with student hours, which meant for the months of November and December, between Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, and Finals, the gym was either not open at all or had reduced hours and was closed by the time I was off from my second job.
So, I turned to my home equipment and my workout dvds, from P90x, Insanity to Hip Hop Abs. They were amazing but my dedication was lacking - working from 7am to 10pm, by the time I got home I could only think of sleeping or eating.
Then came the move. By the time January rolled around, I was definitely in the worst shape I had been in for quite some time, but the move was my priority. So I packed up and drove and drove and drove some more.
When I finally got to California, I recommitted myself to working out with P90X as my base. While I searched for a gym to join, P90x at home got me into shape. Even after joining a gym, I have kept P90x workouts, as well as Insanity Hip Hops Abs, and more recently RevAbs as part of my routine.
Now I am a NPC Men's Physique competitor in the best shape of my life and excited to be a part of Team Beachbody and its extensive support system to keep going on my fitness journey!
