Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to eat bland food. Just crack open any popular food magazine, and you'll see that their recipes are packed full of healthy ingredients that add flavor. Follow their lead and do the same.

Even by adding basic natural seasonings like salt, pepper, lemon, and garlic to your proteins and vegetables, you'll help bring out their flavor. But don't stop there. Be adventurous and see what you can do by adding a little rosemary to your eggs or mushrooms, a little oregano and some basil to your sauces, balsamic vinegar and olive oil to your salad, and so on. You'll be surprised by how delicious your homemade meals can be.
