I'm a 35 year old Physical Therapist living in beautiful Austin, TX. I have a wonderful wife, Alexis (FitTexas) and 2 sons, 7 and 3 years old. I am a 1997 graduate of the US Air Force Academy and spent 10 years as a physical therapist in the US Air Force. About 2 and a half years ago I separated from the Air Force to help build a private practice in Austin called Texas Physical Therapy

I actually did a good job of keeping up with the workouts. I used the classic schedule and, although I had to do some workouts at night or early in the morning managed to fit them into my busy week. The hardest week was Christmas week with alot of family in town... but still managed to fit in those workouts. Late in January I finished. Check out the Post P90X pics. I'm stronger, bigger in the chest, arms, calves and legs, no longer 'lose in the cage' and, most surprisingly... WAY more flexible. I loved this program. P90X + shakeology + recovery drink = RESULTS. As a Physical Therapist I was skeptical, particularly worried about overtraining... but never had any trouble other than soreness. The program wasn't easy (in any way, shape or form) but I never got bored or injured and I'm now in better overall shape than I've ever been - and that includes after the Air Force Academy. I could do 21 pull-ups then, but could barely touch my toes. What a great program!

Now I'm working out 4-5 days/week 60-90 minutes. I'm doing Yoga X, one of the upper body workouts + swimming, a 2 mile run + swim, Legs or the P90X one on one 'butt blaster' video and a shorter yoga workout. I'm planning to do a triathlon or two when it warms up so I'll add in some biking then. In the late Fall MC2 comes out... I'll be all over that.
