A couple things about me ~ I'm a transplant/surgical ICU nurse at UCLA, and I love doing what I do! it's ALWAYS challenging, and it's RARELY boring!! Also, I've been a vegetarian for 20 years, 17 of those vegan. The last three years I haven't been very strict on the vegan thing because of convenience. Also, I love music, I love singing, and I love playing the piano.
I'm also really into the healthy lifestyle, and I not only love workingout and being fit myself, but I enjoy encouraging others to be healthy, to eat right, and to do things that will improve their lives, their looks, and the way they feel about themselves. This part of my life is also ALWAYS challenging, and I NEVER let it get boring!
Team Beachbody's "do it yourself" fitness system (workout videos, nutritional products, workout gear) is another avenue for me to provide people with great options for living a fitness lifestyle. There are many workout program and product options here that can all help you reach your fitness goals depending on what your "flavor" of fitness is. Don't have much of a "transformation story" as some of you inspiring people have, but I do see improvements in tone, energy, stamina, and overall fitness, which is my goal.

01/11/11 SO, on 1/10/11 I ADDED P90X to my hybrid. I already told you I was doing a hybrid of Insanity/TurboFire, but I need more mass, and also, too much cardio is not good!
