3/20/2010, I am at my lowest bodyfat percentage of 10%. My new goal is to get below 8% by Summer 2010.

3/20/2010, I am at my lowest bodyfat percentage of 10%. My new goal is to get below 8% by Summer 2010.

P90X Round 1. Results are fantastic. I went from 23% bodyfat to 16.6% bodyfat in only 90 days. I lost 15 lbs of bodyfat, and gained 10 lbs lean muscle mass.

Insanity Round 1. Took my cardio to a whole new level. I went from 16.6% bodyfat to 13.8% bodyfat. I lost 5.67 lbs of bodyfat, and gained 4.47 lbs lean muscle mass.

P90X Round 2. I was doing Doubles and overlapped with Insanity Round 2. (Results: the current "After photo was taken on 3/21/10)
