Whether you saw one of my ads on Facebook or Twitter, got randomly referred to me through Beach Body or live in the area and have seen the effect Beach Body has had on me personally, I'm glad you stopped by. As your coach you can count on me to help get you started with the program that's right for you, encourage you through those first few weeks and push you to finish strong! Beach Body offers so many great programs there is something that's perfect for you whatever your fitness level. Please email me directly at coachfitmc@gmail.com. Decide-Commit-Succeed and get ready to "Bring It"! I'm what is referred to as a "hard-gainer". Translated, that means someone who has a more difficult time gaining weight. Ya, I know I know, it's a good problem to have and I infuriate the vast majority of people who are trying to lose weight. Don't get me wrong, I recognize that I've been blessed with some good genes in that way.
All of that said, I became a P90X coach after seeing all the infomercials, talking to people who have done it and having been a gym rat for years and years. I even did triathlons for a few years. I'm looked to take myself from a pretty good starting point (6'0" 170 lbs) and see how far I could make my body go. My ultimate goal: 185 lbs and ripped.
I'm a father of two, and a happily hitched husband to my wife of almost 13 years. I live in the Fort Worth metroplex and work as an educator in public education.
In addition to helping coach people into the best health of their lives (and for those who would like to make some extra $$$ doing it - you too - just ask me), I'm looking for online "workout partners" to help keep me accountable so hit me up. I'd love to hear your story. And if you live in the DFW area, would be happy to meet and have a workout together. If you've been directed to me for coach through Beach Body, please know that I'm here to help you, push you, inspire you and maybe even annoy you a little from time to time. Just know that it's all with one goal in mind: a healthier you.
Thanks again for swinging by. You made it this far, now take the plunge and get yourself in the shape you've always wanted!

7/20 - Well I'm coming in for a landing to my 30th day of p90x and I can honestly say: so far so great! I don't have any delusions of attaining my goal of single-digit body fat in the first 30 days but just the other day I was wearing a button-down shirt and noticed that when I moved my arms in front or behind me, the shirt really pulled and was tight. That used to be a pretty loose-fitting shirt on me! It's gotta be all those darn pull-ups! Thanks Tony. :)
Speaking of pull-ups, this week at the end of the legs/back workout I noticed that Tony mentions something about doing like 120 pull-ups during the workout. It occurred to me that I should check my sheet (yes I keep it updated as I workout) to see how many pull-ups I did. Including those assisted with the chair, which I don't have a problem counting, I did something like 95 pull-ups in one hour! That's crazy!! All that to say, it's working.
I'll be adding some 30-day pix and welcome your words of encouragement and suggestions. I also have a new coach who just got started with me and he's a BB veteran of more than a year. Here's to Tom Jay of Riverside, CA!! Bring it Tom!!
More transformation updates to come so stay tuned...
8/3 - So about that transformation update: I don't have any stats for you number crunchers out there as far as body fat % and lean pounds gained, but I do have a couple 30 day pics up so there you go. There's more on my facebook page so feel free to go there if you'd like. :) Bringin' it better than ever...
