On March 1, 2012 I fell and hurt my back. This stop my high effort on exercise. I bought Tai Cheng a month later and have lost 22 pounds in five weeks. But better yet the amount of pain by 95%. My doctor suggest I use a roller like in Tai Cheng and I explain what I was doing. Keep it up was his advice. I highly recommend Tai Cheng for reducing pain and weight loss. I have so much energy that I am doing 150 miles a week on the stationary bike. In 11 days I lost 21 pounds. In 16 days I lost 27 pounds, 2 inches off waist and body fat. In 25 days I have lost 31 pounds and 3 inches off the waist. Day 28 I have lost 34 pounds.

On 28 day my cholestral had drop 63 points on the bad. The ratio of good to bad was cut in half. The Doctor made me weigh twice because they couldn't believe my lost.

On day 45 lost 39 pounds and six inches around my belly button area. On day 52 I lost 41 pounds. On day 60 I lost 43 pounds.

On May 3, 2010 I was wowy winner of a Asus Net Book just for pushing play everyday. On day 88 I have lost 50 pounds with three more pounds to day 90. My cholestrol was great with the medicene being cut in half. My blood sugar was in normal range with my medicene may be taken off next month. Another two medicene is being taper off which make me happy.
I am excited about my progress and can't wait for day 90. On day 90 I have lost 51 pounds and I feel great.
