Breathe to Relax!

Breathe to Relax!

Long, deep breathing through the left nostril will relax you and put you to sleep. In a comfortable seated position, use your right thumb to cover your right nostril so you are only breathing out of the left side. Inhale and exhale deeply through the left nostril for 3 to 5 minutes. Sleep on your right side to activate your left nostril. Sleeping on the left side activates the right nostril (which energizes you) and stimulates the digestive system.
