My name is Sasha Williams and I am a wife and the mother of 2 who lives in Glenn Dale, MD. I have struggled with weight my entire life. In college my best friend was able to get me to workout with her and I lost weight but once I was happy with how I looked I stopped working out. I have tried many diets and weight loss gimmicks to lose weight. They worked for a while but the end result was always the same. I gained more weight after I stopped the diet. It was not until I was trying to get pregnant that I realized what an issue the weight really had become. My doctor told me I needed to lose weight to better my chances of having a baby. This was devastating to me but I really wanted to start a family with my husband. I started eating right and working out and then I became pregnant. After having the baby I thought all of the weight that I had gained would magically disappear. Unfortunately, that did not happen and I just did not put forth the effort to change. It was not until after the birth of my second son, and my doctor telling me that I could be diabetic that I decided to make a change.

I have made a commitment to myself and my family that I will get healthy. I am worth it.
