More statistics| gettinbodied Jackson Heights, NY For as long as I can remember I've always struggled with my weight. I've dieted every year since about 20 and have always lost between 20-30 (or more) each time.....but my problem is I can NEVER keep it off. Last summer I started working out with a friend and lost about 53 pounds. We were going at it hard though----5 days a week, taking one group exercise class, followed by 30-60 minutes of Transformation story
