My name is Glen and I am a full-time Beachbody Coach. I am here to help anyone, any fitness level, what ever the goal may be. Here is a little information about me:
I am married to an amazing woman, and dad of two awesome kids. We live in a small village called Kotlik in rural Alaska.

I had been writing a mini-book here so I will try to condense it a little:

I first started P90X in the beginning of 2010. Long story short, I had so much going on in my life at the time (school full-time, work full-time, kids, soccer practice, dance class and recitals, etc.). I made it about half-way through P90X and got so overwhelmed that I stopped. I gained back any weight that I lost and stopped working out.

One day I saw an infomercial for 10 Minute Trainer. I knew that I liked Tony Horton’s workouts from doing P90X, so I ordered it. Anyone has 10-15 minutes per day to workout, I don’t care who you are. I had success with 10 Minute Trainer and decided to give P90X another try.

My second time around with P90X I did something different; I took Tony’s advice and went to beachbody.com and found Team Beachbody. That was the turning point. I found a group online to message with, a Coach to help me through, improved nutrition with Shakeology and custom meal plans, and I was introduced to the Coach opportunity. Since then I have been consistently healthy with fitness, diet, and in my personal life.
Since starting with Team Beachbody in June of 2010 I have been through P90X multiple times and also Insanity, Insanity: the Asylum, and Hip-Hop Abs. I also use the One on One series to mix it up a little bit. I will also go back to 10 Minute Trainer occasionally if life is getting real busy.

Physically I lost 7 inches off my waist, lost around 50 pounds, improved my flexibility beyond my expectations, and feel as strong as I did at age 18. Joining Team Beachbody has been one of the best things that I have done in recent years.
