I have been working out 5 days a week since December 3, 2009 and have not seen the results I would have expected. Although I am slightly more toned, I still feel I have a long way to go.

I have been working out 5 days a week since December 3, 2009 and have not seen the results I would have expected. Although I am slightly more toned, I still feel I have a long way to go.

As I sit and write this, I have not begun my first Team BeachBody workout. It should arrive in tomorrow's mail.

I am curious how the BeachBody product will stack up against the products I have been using.
