I have always loved to exercise and was in pretty good shape before I had my third baby. After him I have had to work really hard just to keep feeling good but I have never had toned legs or arms. I felt like I'd tried everything. I even ran a marathon and didn't shape my legs! After doing P90X for my arms have muscles! After I finished 90 days of P90X I did Brazil butt lift and lot 8 1/2 inches in 4 weeks! I thought that was awesome but I've had customers lose even more. I am so excited! Now I am doing a P90X Brazil Butt Lift combo because I love the inches I lose doing BBL but I can't give up the muscles I gained using P90X. I'm kindof an addict now :)
One thing I've never been able to do is eat healthy but I have recently switched over to eating only real foods. I feel so good!
I can't decide what I'm going to do next, TurboFire or Insanity. I think I'd love both!
