7/29/10 - I am only 29 days into P90X Classic and I am absolutely hooked. In only 1 month following the exercise and nutrition program I have lost 12 pounds and nearly 4 inches off of my waist. I just came off of the Shakeology 3 day cleanse and finished the first recovery week and can't wait to get started with Phase 2.

8/26/10 – I am on day 57 of P90X Classic and I really feel my body starting to turn. Pounds wise I have not changed much since day 30 but my strength and endurance are drastically improved. My lats are also bigger than they have ever been before. I am really excited about closing out the last month of this program with a bang. Diet and proper supplementation will be the most integral part of creating the correct body composition.
