In the summer of 2008 I broke my foot and had to stop my regular cardio workouts. Later that fall it truly hit me how much weight I had gained. I started regular exercise with Turbokick at my local YMCA and eventually became a certified Turbo instructor. I now teach Turbo regularly at the YMCA and as an outreach ministry at my church. I love helping people reshape their bodies and eating habits! Message me so I can help you on your fitness journey.
