Ok here's the latest update and I know I owe everyone some pictures. So in June of last year, 2009, I was almost 154 pounds, didn't really look that great but I had acquired the mass that I wanted, More ...
Ok here's the latest update and I know I owe everyone some pictures. So in June of last year, 2009, I was almost 154 pounds, didn't really look that great but I had acquired the mass that I wanted, just not the look. The group that I work out with burned through Chalean Extreme into August along with workouts from other programs including One on One with Tony Horton.

Towards the end of August we jumped into Insanity! In my second week I got injured and strained or pulled a muscle in my lower back and was out of commission for an entire month. So after that month went by, I started Insanity over again in October. I'm proud to say that Insanity was exactly what I needed! I dropped from 154 lbs. to 140 lbs and really shredded up, minus the spare tire around my waist due to the bad eating habits I had before.

I give a lot of credit to Shakeology for helping me set my nutrition on the right path. I took Shakeology during the first month of Insanity and the results really started to show. At the end of Insanity in December I dropped back down to 142.5 lbs. and my body fat percentage dropped to 12%. I gained an inch in my arms and legs.

I am currently in a Hybrid Muscle building program that involves P90X, Insanity, One on One with Tony Horton and a few more other programs plus I am taking yoga classes. I am going to post more pictures soon so that you all can see what happened with me on my journey.

I'm striving to reach 150 lbs. with 8% body fat, which I eventually want to drop down to 6%. Plus a general increase in muscle mass throughout all areas. Wish me luck!
