My Personal Bio:

I'm a definite work in progress. I have to admin I was skeptical about doing this. I've tried (unsuccessfully) many, many times to get into shape.
I started out earlier this year at 281 pounds. I was sick of looking at myself in the mirror, and tired of failing at weight loss and fitness. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't stick to anything.

My Transformation Story:

The first step I took was reduce to calories by doing two things: (1) Eliminate soda from my diet completely, and (2) No more junk food.
I also started walking and jogging. I found a jogging plan called "couch to 5k in 12 weeks", which has been an amazing help to me. I literally knew nothing about getting myself into shape, and had tried so many times and failed because I didn't see results and/or over-did it and was too sore to keep trying.

I'm on a good path now, getting in shape, losing weight, eating right, feeling better every day.
