Transformation story

I used to workout a lot in my late teen years. Then I started a family and didn't have time for fitness anymore.

I used to workout a lot in my late teen years. Then I started a family and didn't have time for fitness anymore.

Fast forward 10 years:
I was 31, had been working as a software developer for the past 10 years, and had a drinking problem. I was drinking a 6 pack (and a lot of times, even more) EVERY night of the week. Needless to say, weight became an issue, as well as cholesterol and triglycerides. I was borderline diabetic.

One morning I saw an informercial for 10 minute trainer and I ordered it because I thought it looked different from other fitness programs out there. I thought it looked reasonable, realistic, and like a good way to lose a few pounds.

I completed a month and a half of the 10 minute trainer, losing 20 pounds, approximately 4 inches off my stomach and approximately 3 inches off my waist.

Now I am a P90X Graduate, and I'm well into my second round. P90X has change my life in a HUGE way, and has become a way of life for me.
