I started using free weights when I was 14. During my teenage years, I was always skinny, much underweight for my age. As a teenager in high school I hated being skinny. I wanted a change. When I started college at 18, I was 6'2 and 155 lbs. Once I got to college, I started to seriously exercise and workout a lot. Each year thereafter I started adding size, and I was feeling good about myself. Once I finish college I was up to about 185 lbs. I have become an avid weight lifter ever since. My focus now is to shed fat, and build more lean muscle. My current body fat percentage is about 12%, with my goal being 5%. I would like to add about 5lbs of lean muscle while burning fat.
I love exercise and dieting, and through my many experiences over the years, I felt that now is the time to share in what I know, and to motivate others to reach their goals. It can be done, it just takes commitment and hard work. Time waits for no one, so let's start this, and let's go! 4.3.2.1...
