After high school I had stopped playing sports, wasn't active, didn't watch what I ate, and continually yo-yo dieted. By the time I was 20, I had reached 195 pounds, 38% body fat, and knew I had to do More ...
After high school I had stopped playing sports, wasn't active, didn't watch what I ate, and continually yo-yo dieted. By the time I was 20, I had reached 195 pounds, 38% body fat, and knew I had to do something. I refused to be 200 pounds, was sick of losing and gaining weight over and over, and decided I needed to change my life.
I began eating healthy, running, lifting weights, and decided to try insanity.
From someone that has tried many at-home workout videos, I can confidently say that insanity is one of the best and my favorite. Shaun T is motivational and helps you to challenge yourself, push your limits, and change your body.
Today I am 145 pounds, 18% body fat, I have lost 28 inches from my body, and am a marathoner!
I documented my weight loss progress in vlogs on youtube and continue to make videos to help inspire and motivate others. I have learned so much in the past 2 years, and want to share any knowledge/tips/advice about nutrition, fitness, and what has worked for me.
