My name is Kathleen and I am thrilled to be your personal MDB Coach and to be representing such an incredible company. I can be reached through e-mail at jlkkmc@aol.com.
I am a mom to two wonderful children. Angela - age 8 and Michael - age 6. They are full of energy and life and I love spending time with them. I work full-time at the school they attend and balance a busy life of working, homework,and after school activities just like so many people today! I have always been what I like to refer as a ‘gym rat’ until late in 2003, It was at this time that my husband suffered from a ruptured brain aneurysm and that day changed our lives forever. I developed an addiction to get me through this time – running. My running 'habit' virtually saved my life. I became more passionate than ever about it and I believe running kept me from choosing more unhealthy 'vices' to deal with the stress. The last few years have been a challenge for all of us and my 'escape' was to run. I literally ran myself into the ground and was forced to take a step back and look at what my fitness routine was and what I needed to change so that running and fitness could always be a part of my life. I am a very 'goal-oriented' person and I saw similar characteristics in Christy - the coach that inspired me to sign on with Million Dollar Body. I was rather skeptical at first since I never really enjoyed working out to videos, but after purchasing P90X and seeing the results I was sold. I signed on as a coach almost immediately so that I could share my passion and support others with similar goals!

Transformation story

My passion for running has provided me with a strong cardiovascular base but no core strength! It's been so simple, just tie my shoes and run out the door. But, what I discovered the hard way is that my body could only handle that for so long. So, I dabbled in Cross-Training and tried the machines at the gym to try to build some core strength without much luck. Then I met Christy (a Million Dollar Body Coach) and learned that I could join an incredible online community, workout in my living room and get awesome results! I did a few workouts with Christy in her home and I was sold! With the help of Million Dollar Body, P90X and Coach Christy, I am now stronger and more fit than I've ever been. My passion for fitness and for helping others achieve their goals continues to grow and I feel blessed to be a part of the Team Beachbody/Million Dollar Body community.
