Hello everyone,
This is my first blog and I am not sure what I am even doing, but the only way to learn sometimes is to just dive in head first and see what you come up with. :) I am just wanting to let everyone out there who thinks "they don't have time" to workout, to let them know that they do. I work 4 days a week managing a 3 physician medical office with 12 staff memebers. I have 3 boys ages 8,6, and 3, my husband and I coach baseball in the summer, help coach football in the fall, and Basketball in the winter. Along with this, we volunteer our time for the school to do any projects they need for the school programs, help with all the holiday parties, and live in a neighborhood where we have about 12boys at our house 3 evenings a week playing some sort of sport in our yard....which we are out there with them! Its funny how we moved into the neighborhood just 5 months ago and the kids come over and ask the boys can play and if we will go out there with them. What a huge Compliment to us as parents. With all of this going on, we still make time to workout...I love P90X, but I dont always have time to do it, so Tony is who I call on and his 10min Trainer....I know that I can still get a good workout and I can do 2-3of them if I have a little extra time. So it isn't that people don't have the time, it's that they don't make the time. Make it a priority...just try it for 30days and see what it does for you and your family.
BRING IT and most importantly.....PUSH PLAY!!!
