I woke up this morning and decided it was going to be an Insane Friday! So therefore I'm going to live this day to the fullest starting with a workout from Insanity......Let 's go with Max Cardio Intervals!!!

Day 37 P90X Plyometrics

Had a blast doing Plyo today . I am back to giving my updates!!! I will be going for a full 90 days with my workout crew! Love the results I'm seeing! Back and Biceps tomorrow......BRING IT!!!!!

INSANITY Day 60

I love the Core cardio and Balance! Makes me feel like i'm taking a break...but I am still sweating like crazy!! Always remember to get the right nutrition and food intake!!

INSANITY Day 59

Max Interval Circuit!!! Here it is 4 days to go and this program is still a beast!!! I have managed to push through but it still requires me to push like crazy. If you doing Insanity, you have to reach deeper all the way through for 6 weeks! This Max circuit keeps me sweating but it's worth it because this is just not a workout program, fitness now is a lifestyle!!!!

INSANITY Day 58

Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs!!! Good effort today pushing through the Max conditioning with good form. Cardio was a little stronger than the last time. Cardio Abs was more consistent got through all the reps. I needed a little push towards the end on the full plank and lower plank exercises. I was pleased overall.
