90 day Challenge

There are 90 days left of 2010. I have challenge a few friends to a  90 day challenge of eating clean and 6 day per week to working out of their choice. I am doing the P90X. I have started P90x a few times, have completed 60 days and was discouraged for one thing or another. I made this challenge so that the competition and the accountability will keep me motivated. The most important thing to do is decide to commit 100%, which means not just working out but commiting to eating right. It's not okay to cheat on the nutrition a little hear and a little there, because you are just telling yourself you are not commited to being the best. You are welcome to join at anytime. I asked my friend, "do you want to start on Oct 1 or Monday, Oct 4" and she said, " why wait, I have been waiting my whole life."
