Day 1

OK, day 1 is in the books...

Work out: walking RJ for 30 minutes

Eating: 19.5 WW points; no eating after 8:00; had 45 ounces of water and 2 diet dr. peppers.

Reflection: I should have done P90 earlier in the day, but RJ only slept for half and hour in the morning and same in the afternoon. Then I had homework tonight...excuses, excuses, excuses! We didn't have water or ice in the house, so I reverted to diet dr. pepper. Had to buy a bottle of water on our walk and then I refilled it. So, I was at least aware and trying to do the water thing!!!
