Beginning New Resolve--Jun 11th, 2011

I've decided to get back on track to lose 40-lbs.  Just finished a Biggest Loser challenge with my family and lost 13-lbs in 16-weeks, so I'm feeling really good and fit.  I DO NOT want to lose momentum, gain weight; I DO want to reach my goal weight!!!!

The past is the past, no reflecting on what wasn't achieved--ONLY POSITIVE reassurance.  Tomorrow I will take before pics and measurements, and post my first goal.  I am going to focus on small goals, and taking them each one at a time.

I've already join a BB message board and hope to give and receive support and motivation!!!

We are on our way to a fantastic, healthy summer!!!
