Rev-Abs a go-go

Started Rev-Abs a couple of weeks ago and so far, so good.  My body is beginning to respond to the workouts and I am not sore all the time anymore.  Have been careful with food intake for the most part although I really need to journal it daily for best results.  Overall, I like the program and it is a nice change from all the other BB programs I have completed over the years.  I am not good at keeping up with blogs but I will try to write something in here whenever I log a workout... hopefully there will be many entries!! :)
