Well, first of all, Happy Veterans Day to all the vets, past and present, who read this. OK. So, as is my dilema, I really cant do Yoga X or any Yoga really due to the fact that you need to have a place to calm down and get your mind right while doing it. I have three kids 2 cats and a wife which make it impossible unless I am gonna get up at 4 Am to do Yoga. Not gonna happen here. So, instead of gaining an extra rest day, lol, I run instead. Today I ran a full 5 miles. Alright, I RAN 4.75, and through out the run I walked a total of about a quarter mile. Last time I tried to run it, and I told myself I was gonna run at least 5 maybe 6, I got about 2.5 miles into it and turned back the last quarter mile for a total distance of 2.75. I just wasnt feeling it. The next day when I did Legs and Back, I hit that wall that is prevelent at the end of the workout right smack dab after exercise 3. It was a LONG workout. But, today I felt really good, dont feel to bad after the run, and maybe tomorrow I will feel better to get in a good workout in L&B. I am down about 5 lbs from starting, 25 lbs from when I started doing something about my weight about 6 weeks ago, and I am well on my way to getting down under 220.
