I am excited to be almost done with this Reset. I have learned to cook better, only eat when I am hungry, my hair and skin are silky, I wake up without an alarm clock, I have great energy, I am calmer and I am down 12lbs. A tad too much for me, but once I start working out again it will be good.

If you are thinking about doing this and don't have an active, supportive coach then get with me and I will give you all the details. I have to say it was nice doing this before the summer. Shorts fit a whole lot better.

I am also starting a challenge group on facebook because I am soooo ready to start working out again. If you have a coach...that's great. If you need someone who interacts with you more, let me know and I will get you joined in the group.

I am so fired up to get back to Les Mills Pump. Slowly at first, but then it is on!!!

Day 15 of The Ultimate Reset update!

Hi there!

Well, I have made it to day 15 and I am feeling really great. I am down 12lbs which is actully a little too much for me right now, but that will adjust a little once I start working out hard again. Here are things I am noticing on this reset for me:

1. Learning how to notice hunger verse eating for frustration, boredom, etc.

2. How to spice up my foods by learning to cook better and make them tasty and not bland.

3. Trying a lot of different foods I never would have tried.

4. Calmer during situations I may have blown up at.

5. smoother hair and skin

6. Weightloss (some) because I was not eating well and going up and down with my weight.

7. Learning to deal with hunger....oh did I say that already? Yes, because it is huge. I ate for boredom, clean my kids plate, wanted the taste of food.

I am glad that it is almost over and this was not an easy thing to do, but the benefits and the learning experience made me very glad that I did the reset. Last update in a week...talk to you then.

Day 7 of the Ultimate Reset!

Hi everyone! I have made it to day 7 of the Reset. This is phase 2 and I am starting the Detox which means adding in another supplement to cleanse the colon...oh yay.

I have never eaten this well before and I am loving the fact that I am trying new foods and learning how to cook some amazing dishes. There is more prep work than I am used to, but that is not a bad thing and I am learning to prepare more ahead.

I have lost about 7lbs in 7 days which could be a lot of water, but man does it feel good in my clothes. I am also noticing brighter eyes, calmer with no caffeine and sugar, not craving sweets, hunger is not bad because the meals are large.

It is not a walk in the park, but it is going better than I expected and I am excited. I will be forming a group for support very soon, so if you are not a coach or don't have a coach that is working with you...I would be glad to get you started and help you through this. Right before summer would be ideal. I tried on some tight shorts and YAY...not tight anymore.

Have a wonderful day and keep going strong.

I NEVER thought I would do this!

I have decided to do "The Ultimate Reset" starting Wednesday, April 25th. I started out nervous and afraid of all the temptations. I went to the grocery store yesterday to get some of the ingredients and it changed my thinking to EXCITED.

I shopped in areas of the store that I never check out and bought food that I will soon learn how to make. I may surprise myself and like the ones I think  will hate.

I am also looking forward to a little break from the hard core working out and doing some Tai Cheng, walking and stretching. My knees will thank me for sure.

I plan on doing a video each day not only to share with others, but I think this will help me stay strong as well. My friends have had amazing results and their faces look so alive. Stay tuned!!

If you are thinking about doing this....check this out and I will be doing support groups when I am done. Super important to do this with a group.

Another round of Pump begins April 9th!

Hi everyone! I am preparing for another round of Les Mills Pump and will be mixing in Turbo Fire as the main cardio part. I may have to sneek in some running or the bonus DVD's of Combat and Sports Attack to keep it interesting. I have to admit that I did not do well with the nutrition part last round.

I just read through the nutrition guide and have a plan for each meal and each snack...GAME ON!

Keep going strong and if you are struggling don't give up...reach out to someone.

Progress report soon to come.
