Begining of Week 5

I've switched the times and days of my workouts so that they fit better with my work / family life. Taking Friday as my rest day so I can come home and relax after a long week. I have more time on Sat, Sun & Mon's to do the workouts so that's when I'll fit in the ARX.

I've lost 12lbs so far - not bad for a month! All of my clothes fit perfectly now and now I know how bad I looked in them. The next 20# will be making a huge impact on my clothing budget. I hope!!

Some days the workouts are easier than others - at least I can now do the damn Drey Roll's - couldn't even do 1 at the start.

I've got to cont. to work on my intake - making sure I get enuf calories / carbs / protiens everyday is a challenge because I'm not usually hungry enuf and I often don't have time to eat at work. Got to get some discipline around that.

This has been great for my sleeping. I'm exhausted every night - only a few sleepless nights since starting and that is huge for me.

Gonna keep going and charting my results.

End of Week 2

Finished my 2nd week. Have been doing well on the diet- still am trying to fine tune it though. Yesterday I did not plan well and ended up bonking on the way home from work. Thankfully, I had a bar in my purse and that helped.

My plan is to figure out how many calories, fats, proteins, carbs I should have per day and get it right. New iphone app - daily plate - might help me with this too.

I've lost a few pounds - down to 159lb from 165. This is awesome.

Clothes are fitting better, more energy, better sleep.

Getting up early to workout has helped me spend more time with hubby at night and that is always a good thing. 

Work days are long so planning ahead makes all the difference in the world.

 

Probably will add free weights this week - the bands are good but stress my shoulders out doing overhead stuff and I have huge bruises on my arms for some reason where they rub too. Not pretty in short sleeves!

I'm hanging in and moving forward !!
