So here I am starting week two of Turbo Fire. I think this is the farthest i've made it into the program... after having about 3 start dates. The problem before was that I thought I could just pick up where I left off in fitness.... Boy was I wrong! I have finally admitted to myself that I am once again.. out of shape. In light of this I have decided to start this TF journey with the Prep Schedule. Let me tell you personally.. Chalene is a genius! I am more motivated than ever and have conquered week 1! Week two starts tonight!!
I am really excited to be back on WOWY. I need the accountability and I've really missed my buddies :) I'm also excited about this new blog feature.. very cool... I'm hoping that it will aid in keeping me accountable.
LONG TERM GOAL: I have exactly 52 weeks until my wedding on September 10, 2011. My ideal goal is to lose 1 lb a week until my wedding date! This would put me at my ideal weight. I feel this is something that I can defintely accomplish if I put my mind to it.. so here we go!!!!
