Month 2

I can't believe that in only 3 days time I'll be starting month 2 of Insanity.  I never thought I'd make it past week 1.  Even though my eating habits are horrible, and I haven't lost any weight... I feel great and I know I'm doing something better for myself.  This month I will getting out pop from my diet (baby steps).  I know I can't bombard myself with taking on everything at once... hopefully I'll be able to integrate a better diet into my lifestyle soon... gotta lose those pounds!
