Hello Everyone!  Thank you for taking the time to read my blog.  I am a NEWBIE blogger, so bear with me as I become comfortable with this concept.

My name is Claudia Marsh.  I am 33 years old.  Married to a wonderful man and mother to the most ADORABLE little boy!  My daytime job is as an accountant, but I am now discovering the fitness arena.  I am a Turbo Kick instructor teaching 2x a week.  I am also a Team BeachBody club member as well as a Coach!  I have completed Chalean Extreme's 90-day progran and am currently completing Insanity's 60-day program!   I have seen some amazing results!!!  28 lbs gone!  I am in the best shape of my life!  I am currently in maintain mode as far as my weight goes, but this journey is far from over!

As I continue on my journey I would love to spread the passion for fitness and nutrition that I have discovered!  Won't you join me???  Please contact me and ask me anything!  Feel free to suggest topics of discussions to see on this blog!

One of the things that I have heard and read is that  in order to hold yourself accountable...you need to put yourself out there...so here I am.  Here I go!

My fitness goals for this 2010 year are to do the following:

Complete the following programs:  4 weeks of Chalean Extreme's Lean for Life phase, Rev Abs, Turbo Fire, P90X, teach another group exercise format other than Turbo Kick, continue to eat healthy, learn to cook healthier, and spread the passion for fitness and health!
