P90X: Week #4/ Day #22

ACCOUNTABILITY:  P90X: Week #4/ Day #22- Cardio X in place of Yoga X...  + Bicep/Tricep weight workout - 80 minutes....

Was a good workout.. I feel good... gonna be sore tomorrow...

Day #21/ Modified Chest/Back/Shoulders

Due to missing so much of week #3, I decided to do a weight workout before beginning P90X week #4...

My workout consisted of three reps of the following excercies:  Flat Bench, Wide Grip Pull-ups & pull downs, Shoulder Press Bar, Reverse Grip Pull ups/pull downs, Incline Bench, Close Grip Pull Ups/Downs, Decline Bench, Seated Rows, Two Way Shoulder Flys, One Arm Rows, Straight Arm Shoulder Raises, Flat Flys..

The workout was good... I was too tired to do Abs, but I wil make them up somewhere along the way.

As of today, I have lost approximatley 7-8 pounds.  I am currently at 210 and would like to get down to approximatley 200 at some time.  My eating habits are okay, not great, but I am trying to eat smaller meals at least 4-6 times a day.

My late night snack has been either popcorn or cucumbers and celery sticks... lol...

MISSED

Worked 6a to 7p... first 6 hours outside in 20 degree temperature with 5 degree windchill factor.  got home around 7:45 p.m., showered, and in bed before 9pm... exhausted...

Workee 6a-6p outside in 30 degree weather , then hour drive home... have to be back tomorrow at 6am... missed this workout ...

Workee 7a-7p, then hour drive home... missed workout due to exhaustion...
