Today makes the start of eating healthy and starting my workouts again. I did P90 for about 45 days and acheived great results. I kept doing the sculpt part of P90 while running or rollerblading instead of the Sweat part. I stayed fit for about 9 months but then I let myself go because of multiple weeks of traveling. I just didn't want to get back into it again. But NOW, I am going to. I miss the days that I had tons of energy and loved sweating A LOT! I am going to get those days back and going to quit feeling down about myself. I am 23 years old, a middle school teacher and a basketball coach. I love my job, my family, my boyfriend, my friends, and just life in general.I want to be a great example to my athletes, to my students, and to my family when it comes to being healthy and fit.
My boyfriend and I were discussing things this past weekend and I just broke down because my clothes that I worked so hard to fit into a year and a half ago are now getting snug. I want to drop the weight, keep it off, stay fit, and be a healthy woman. My boyfriend and I are doing this journey together. We have decided No late night eating, even if we do get home from basketball games, etc at 9.. it will be something at home and something healthy to eat. I have to make my working out a PRIORITY in my life, that is the biggest thing. I play basketball at least once a week with the male coaches up at school and I love it but that is not enough.
My knees are starting to bother me after 17 years of playing basketball, so if anyone has any home remedies for that or to make them NOT hurt while doing my workouts, let me know. I do not know if anyone will read this, but I got my thoughts out and that is what matters.
