My tip for the day: "Exercise when you need it the most!"
I have been having a hell of week and the bad news just keeps rolling in.  It's one of those duck and take cover kind of weeks.  If I didn't know better I'd think there was a full moon and the apocolypse on the horizon!  No, it's not really that bad, but it sure felt like it last night.  I felt so defeated.  Then I talked to one of my friends, Adam who was not working out because he's moving, but said every time he taped up a box he would go and do pull ups until he fatigued. Fortunately at the moment I called him, he had just figured out how to do flip grip pull-ups.  He was so excited and together we realized that every time you exercise, it's your own little success.  No matter how you your exercise goes, you showed up, you completed it, you gave it your best, you tried...either way...you did NOT fail.  I personally feel like if I did not work out yesterday, I would be having a break down right now.  So, when you feel like all else is lost, give exercise a shot!
