Round 2 of Insanity!

Happy New Year folks! Today I started round 2 of Insanity with my Fit Test. Here are my results:

 

Switch Kicks: 100

Power Jacks: 30

Power Knees: 83
Power Jumps: 30
Globe Jumps: 7
Suicide Jumps: 10
Push-Up Jacks: 20
Low-Plank Obliques: 48

All in all, I think not bad for having not worked out in a week and still being kinda stuffy.

The Asylum: Fit Test 1

I admit I don't have the greatest agility in the world and some of my results are proof of that! But I know I'll get better:

Agility Heisman: 4...i think, turns out I was doing them wrong

In & Out Abs: 12

Lat push-ups: 15

Mountain Climber Switch Kicks: 40 

Agility Shoulder Taps: 3

X Jumps: 20

Moving Push-ups: 2 1/2

Agility Lateral Shuffle: 7 1/2

Agility Bear Crawl: 5

3rd Fit Test Results

Here are the results of my 3rd Fit Test:

Switch Kicks: 100 (50 per leg)

Power Jacks: 40

Power Knees: 80

Power Jumps: 26

Globe Jumps: 7

Suicide Jumps: 15

Push-up Jacks: 24

Low Plank Oblique: 50

Calories

So, after a month of not losing any weight, I decided to recalculate my caloric needs.  I've gone from 2,278 calories per day down to 2,000.  I've lost 1.4lbs since I recalculated on Sunday! I feel great, not starving at all, and it's easier for me to get all my food in.  With the 2,278 I felt like I was stuffing food into my mouth to meet my caloric needs.  I'm definitely glad I lowered my calories cause I was getting pretty upset with not losing any weight.

Fit Test Day 2

Here are my results for my 2nd Fit Test, I think I did really good:

Switch Kicks: 39

Power Jacks: 30

Power Knees: 70

Power Jumps: 21

Globe Jumps: 6

Suicide Jumps: 13

Push-up Jacks: 20

Low Plank Oblique: 40

Can't wait to see what my 3rd Fit Test is like!!
