Hi, I have been with Beachbody since Nov 2007. Initially I reduced 10 pounds by April of 2008, and since then I have been at a plateau. I could not understand it, because I have been exercising at least 20 minutes every day, watching my diet (most of the time), and changing out programs to avoid plateauing, I had had problems in the past, but with the wonderous 10 pound drop without starving myself, I saw now reason to stop the trend.bl
Then, in October of 2008 I was diagnosed with large growths on my ovaries, which by blood test said were non-malingent. Since I was 66, a complete removal of all parts by major surgery was recommended--since I didn't need them anyway. Humm.
I believe the exercising has kept me strong, because even though I have what I call "belly fat" and really can't see any ab defination after all this time, I have NO Pain whatsoever, and do not look like I am pregnant. Currently, I am still reluctant to give up my body parts, and am frustrating the doctors with repeated postponments of surgery for what has now been officially diagnosed as ovarian cysts.
If anyone reading this has a similiar experience, I would really like to hear from her.
