Day 38 P90X/Insanity/P90X2

Today was day 38 of my hybrid. So far I am doing well. I am getting a little leaner without dropping weight. Today Started with Insanity: Fast and Furious, followed by V-Sculpt from P90X2 and finished it off with X2 Ab Ripper. Needless to say I am beat by the end but feel great every day. Nutrition seems to be pretty close to on point although some days I go a little over on carbs, not much but some days I need it when I get the extra workouts in. I have been getting up at 4:30 am EST and having a protein shake and then back to bed for an hour. I do this for the fuel before my workout. I then take my pre-workout about 15-20 minutes before I get started. After the workout I take a recovery protein drink or R&R. The only days I don't do this is on my yoga and stretching days. I have to say this has been one of my favorite hybrids I have tried. Three more weeks of this phase then a recovery week, and then on to the P.A.P. phase where I will mix in Asylum.

Day 20 P90X/Insanity/ P90X2 Hybrid

Today was day 20 of the hybrid, started with Insanity; Fast and Furious. Today was supposed to be Base and Back but I wanted to switch it up a little. I followed Insanity up with P90X One on One; On one leg for legs. Needless to say I am toast. Love that leg workout, the brutal part was one legged wall squats towards the end. This one worked my core like crazy because of the balance work involved. Hard to believe I'm on day 20 already. I'm going to look into putting Asylum in the mix once I get to the P.A.P. portion of this workout. So far I'm feeling good and knowing my challenge group buddies are doing well helps drive me more.

Day 8 Hybrid

Today was day 8 of my P90X/X2/Insanity hybrid. Today was P90X-Chest and Back, ARX, and Insanity Fast and Furious. I am beat! I have been adding the extra Insanity workout on some days because I am helping a friend with some cardio.
He wants to just hit a cardio session each day for about a month so we are mixing it up with different programs.
I gotta say I love this hybrid so far and feel like I am seeing good results 8 days in. More to come...

Day 2 of hybrid

Now that I am done with X2 it's time for a new challenge. Today was day 2 of my P90X/X2/Insanity hybrid. I am looking forward to the type of results I get from this one. Last year I dropped 20lbs. doing Insanity. I am just looking to lean out and tone up a little and think this mix will do the trick. During X2 I got leaner and dropped some inches in my waist and hips not to mention my hip strength got so much better. Looking forward to pounding this one out for 90 days.

Day 65

Today was day 65 of X2 and my 382nd workout in WOWWY! Looking forward to 400th.  Today was
V Sculpt, one of my favorite workouts. Its a pull/ pull day so you can't help but get a pump. This is the last week of my strength phase.
 I spent 4 weeks in the first phase, and then went straight into phase two and have been in it for six weeks.  I will do a recovery week next week and then onto the last phase for three weeks.
So far still love this workout and can't wait to try some type of hybrid.
