8 days left in my 28 day challenge....I have a good friend in town and we're eating out and enjoying our time together. I have a surprise birthday party to attend this evening @ Bob's steakhouse. Hmmmmm....How exactly am I going to keep from gaining 5 lbs over the weekend? Portion control, sharing entrees, and I'll eat fish instead of steak! And I'll do insanity....that should do it!

INSANE

I started Insanity last night...there's a reason it's called Insanity...believe me! I took the fit test and that alone was crazy! I actually surprised myself...I did really well in some areas, not so great in others. I kept up with the pros on the video and this was their 2nd fit test. Not too shabby...thanks Shakeology and Group X!

10 more days left in my 28 day challenge!! Will I be ready to bare my mid-section...You'll have to wait and see....Maybe I'll post a pic;)

Halfway!

Today marks the halfway point of my 28 day challenge. Am I where I wanted to be? Not exactly, BUT I am optomistic! I intend to work VERY hard for the next 14 days and I will teach my LIFT class while showing my stomach-OMG!!! How am I going to make this happen? I'm going to stick to the 28 day challenge plan...clean eating, extra cardio, pushups and planks, and no unnecessary beverages! AND, I'm starting INSANITY tomorrow! I WILL be ready to show you my belly! It won't be perfect, but I hope it will show my efforts. Regardless, I said I would, so I am! Happy Valentines Day!

28 day challenge countdown

Ok, so I'm starting a 28 day challenge on Monday Feb. 1st...thank you Kim Schuld for this fantastic idea...Muah! So, what do I do with my weekend? Do I get a jumpstart and make it a 30 day challenge? Or do I eat like there's no tomorrow? hmmmmmm? Maybe just a little of both!

So, not counting today, 2 full days until I start!! Kinda excited, kinda not! Oh and did I mention that I promised my class this morning that I would teach in a sports bra on Monday, February 29th? Talk about motivation!!!
