Goals For Week 1

Goals for this week:

  • 1800 Calorie Limit (the food plan I've setup for myself hits about 1700)
  • ChaLEAN Burn 1/2/3 on Monday/Wednesday/Saturday
  • TurboFire 45EZ on Sunday and Thursday for some extra burn

Last time I ran a workout routine, I was eating 2100 calories per day and still losing weight, so I'd like to see what an 1800 limit over two weeks produces in terms of how I feel.

The weight won't be properly measured after two weeks of restarting a hard muscle-building program, but if I feel too sluggish, I'll know to add a little more.

My main focus for the next three months is less on weight itself than it is on muscle. I need to build muscle, and the weight will follow down the line.

Measurements will be taken at some point this week, as will "before" photos.
