P90x Month #2

So, we started P90x round #2/month #2 last week. Here are my awesome results from the 1st month:

Chest: 39 inches (37.5 inches day 1)

Waist: 31 3/4 inches (32 inches day 1)

Body Fat: 13% (14.2% day 1)

Weight: 179.5 lbs (180.5 lbs. day 1)

Not only are the measurements showing that I'm making progress,but I can feel and see it too!  This is great for me because in addition to being a Beachbody coach, I'm also a personal fitness trainer. I now have first hand evidence that the program works. Now, let me say that without proper eating, it would not have worked. The 4-6 small meals/day, plus the addition of the protein (soy and casein) supplements have helped me to achieve the goals you see above too. Now, if I can get more sleep, then I'll really get great results. I'm looking forward to checking back in once this month is over with more favorable results.
