okay so I didn't get the start I had hoped for.  Slipped off track just after starting.  But I've relaunched as of yesterday and have two super win days under my belt - both from a workout and nutrition POV.  Every day is a fresh opportunity to get it right.  At least that's how I'm looking at it.  Tomorrow I push play on Shoulders and Arms.

Day 1!!!

Well here's where the rubber meets the road.  I've made numerous attempts to complete P90X.  Made some great progress (lost 20lbs!) and then slipped.  But I'm picking myself up, dusting myself off, and getting back at it.

It won't be easy.  As is the norm for me, I'm feeling deathly lethargic and I have pain in my SI joint that won't go away.  I'd much rather take a nap.  But I'm going to PUSH PLAY!  Right now, I rate my energy level at a 3.  Let's see what happens...
