Starting BBL Monday April 16th

I can't wait to start Brazil Vutt Lift again on Monday! I just committed to going on a girls trip in May. I want my body in tip top shape without getting bored or discouraged so I'm doing BBL again! It's always the perect thing for me. I can take inches off in a matter of weeks and for some reason when I'm doing this workout it's so easy to keep eating healthy.

New Years and Resolutions

It's crazy how we can get all excited about weight loss when the new year rolls around. It doesn't matter what year it is or what the results wee last year. We keep getting just as excited as the year before. The question is …

How are you doing NOW on the New Years resolutions that you made for this year>

The reason I write this is because I have felt myself slipping a bit in the last few days and I really desire for this year to be even better than the last. I want to eat healthier and live better and be a more active wife and mother.

I love New Years resolution and I think they are so so useful. Let work together to make this year our best ever!!!

I can't beleive 2010 is over!

Now if you didn't meet your goal last year. You get to start now! I am so excited today because I have heard from so many of you who are getting back on track! The trick is staying on track. That's where I come in. Email me, send a message or post to my facebook fanpage (Fitness Fanatics) to let me know what you're doing. It's just fun to have people who care and want to see you succeed. I even like it when you post just to brag about how awesome you're doing. :)

Macaroni Soup Recipe

Macaroni Soup - For those rainy, cold soup days.

1 lb. super lean ground beef

2 tsp worchestershire sauce

1 C whole grain macaroni noodles

1 qt. tomato juice

1. fry ground beef in 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce and drain any extra grease

2. cook macaroni noodles according to package instructions

3. Pour tomato juice in a large sauce pan and add ground beef, noodles and 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce.

4. Heat to desired temperature

Cardio Recovery

I got to work out this morning with my sister-in-law Sarah. She's doing Brazil Butt Lift but took on day off to do Insanity's Cardio Recovery. It felt so good to give my muscles a good deep stretch.

Cardio Recovery is 30 min. long and has a lot of stretching but also some awesomely hard lunges and squats.

Recommendations:

Don't skip recovery. Sometimes it's easy to say" It's short anywas so I'll just skip today. I know because I've dont it before but I know this workout is in there for a reason. I've felt so good! I feel more flexible already and I think part of avoiding injury is some recovering and stretching.
