Day 8 Progress

Chest/Back/Abs today.  Can't get through all of ABRipperX yet, but I'll get there.  I did Tony's new ISO Ab 1x1 workout yesterday so that probably didn't help.  Diet is probably a B....a little cheating here and there.  The more I workout the better I feel, the better I feel the better my diet.  I need to set a strong example at work....need to show people how to get in shape.

Day 5 of new round

If I was grading myself, I'd get a C.  I only did a small part of Yoga, and my diet has only been 80%.  Poker night on Friday was tough.  I only had 2 MGD 64s and 2 Jack and Gingers, but the Wings and Twizzlers killed me.  I went lighter on Calories on Saturday and stuck to a lot of vegetables.  Today I did legs and back and I've been good about eating, with the exception of a couple of hershey kisses.  I went light today.  It's always easier when I am at work, more structure.  Back to work tomorrow...and I'll buckle down.  Kenpo tomorrow...I look forward to it.

2 Steps Forward, 10 Steps Back

Second day of a new round of P90x.  I can't believe I let myself get back into such bad shape.  I'm up to 189 pounds and 23% bodyfat.  Had to trade my 32 inch waist ABUs today for size 34.  I successfully completed Chest and Back yesterday and Plyo today.  I am working my way back into the diet.  Progress the last two days, push forward tomorrow.   Taking it one day at a time.  Good news, I found out a friend started Monday and another one starts this Monday.  Will report in tomorrow.  Need to drop down to 173, get rid of the aches and pains...and be strong and flexible.
