Day 8 Progress

Chest/Back/Abs today.  Can't get through all of ABRipperX yet, but I'll get there.  I did Tony's new ISO Ab 1x1 workout yesterday so that probably didn't help.  Diet is probably a B....a little cheating here and there.  The more I workout the better I feel, the better I feel the better my diet.  I need to set a strong example at work....need to show people how to get in shape.
