Painful Calf

Hey guys. I am currently on day two of p90x and was doing the Plyometrics, when during one of the "jumps" I really pulled, strained, whatever my calf. It had been a little sore prior to this, so the exercise itself wasn't the catalyst, just the final straw.

I've been taking it easy, but want to continue to work out. Does anyone out there have any recovery suggestions without really knowing what it is? Epson salt baths? I dunno....

Shoot me some ideas!
